Thomas Cook Airlines operates flights between Canada and the United Kingdom under codesharing with Air Transat (with the exception of flights to and from Belfast and, in the Republic of Ireland, to and from Dublin and Shannon). These flight numbers are in the TS800 to TS879 series. Please consult the specific restrictions that apply to Thomas Cook Airlines in this document.

CHECK-IN

Check-in counter opening times

All passengers are asked to check in at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure of their flight, with the exception of those passengers who have selected their seats in advance. They can arrive at the check-in counter 2 to 2 1/2 hours prior to departure. Check-in counters are open 3 hours prior to scheduled departure.

Check-in counter closing times

Due to enhanced security measures at all airports and in order to respect our flight schedule, check-in counters close 50 minutes prior to departure. Passengers arriving late for check-in will be denied boarding.
